EXO PLANET #3: THE EXO'RDIUM (DAY 1)

As promised, EXO came back to the Philippines with a stronger and a fiercer image as they perform some of the tracks from their past albums up to the tracks from their EX'ACT album. They had a two-day concert at the Araneta Coliseum on February 25-26, 2017 that was attended by thousands of EXO-Ls---who were vehemently excited for this year's concert.

The same as last year, me and my brother attended the first day of the concert as there were a lot of EXO-Ls who were planning to go to day 2 and also the tickets are quickly sold out. In fact, we had our eye on the VIP Seated sections 104 or 117 as it was close to the extended stage. Unluckily, when it was our turn to buy tickets, it was already sold out (all the 100+ sections). So the backup plan---we joined our friends (@bbaekyeolust & @dokyeongsew) in the VIP Standing B section. As it was our first time in that section, I must say that it was exhausting but totally worth it. Although at the beginning of the concert, there were EXO-Ls at the back who kept pushing us just to get through the barricade or near the stage---like causing a wave in an ocean of people. Since the section was not fully occupied, we roam around just to get a near and clear shot of our biases or just to see them all up close. Well, that was the perk of going to day 1. On the contrary, EXO's vibe for this year's concert was radiating throughout the venue compared to last year's concert wherein Xiumin and Kai were injured---making them unable to perform which results to only six members performing. Sadly, the most anticipated OT9 once again did not happen as Lay was not able to make it for the concert due to his other commitments in China. But the remaining members made us feel complete by interactively communicating with us; being their usual selves--hyper as always and giving their all in every performance. Hopefully next year, we will be able to see OT9 performing live on stage. Thank you so much, EXO! You guys have come a long way of struggles and proved to us that you can conquer it. With that, I am so proud in all of your achievements and I promised to support you boys in any way that I can. See you soon! <3
